Upon successful completion of your order and payment processing, you will receive access to the software as follows:

• Cloud-Based Software (SaaS): You will receive an email containing:

  • A unique link to access the software platform.

  • Your designated administrator login credentials (username and temporary password).

  • Instructions on how to set up user accounts for your organization.

• On-Premise Software: You will receive an email containing:

  • Download links for the software installation files.

  • License key(s) required for activation.

  • Detailed installation instructions and system requirements documentation.

3. Delivery Timeline:

Access credentials and download links will typically be sent to the designated email address provided during the ordering process within 2 days of order confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the complexity of your order and payment verification.

4. Software Updates and Maintenance:

• Cloud-Based Software (SaaS): Software updates and maintenance are performed automatically on our servers. You will typically be notified in advance of any significant updates or scheduled maintenance that may impact your access.

• On-Premise Software: Information regarding software updates and maintenance releases will be communicated to your designated technical contact via email or through our customer portal. You will be responsible for downloading and installing updates according to the provided instructions.

5. No Physical Shipping:

Please be aware that no physical goods will be shipped to your location. This policy solely pertains to the digital delivery of our software products.
